John has more than 30 years of professional experience. In his professional career, as a consultant to private sector companies, he has participated as a consultant in legal and tax matters of diverse nature, directly advising multiple "reorganizations of companies"; incorporation of capital and investments, and tax planning consulting, which gives him extensive experience in consulting areas of his specialty in different industrial sectors of our market.
Also, throughout his professional career, he has worked in specific projects in different countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, USA, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, etc.
John has served as Partner and Director of the Legal and Tax Department of the most important international auditing firms. He has worked as manager and director of the Legal and Tax area of PWC, he was Partner of the firm BDO Auditores Consultores, acting as International Tax Coordinator. He also worked as a partner of KPMG in the Tax and Legal area, assuming the position of Head of Compliance Services, and Partner of the M&A line of the firm KPMG. Senior Partner of Auren Auditores y Consultores SpA and Managing Partner of RSM Chile. He currently serves as Chairman and International Contact Partner of RSM Chile Auditores Consultores.
