He is currently a successful consultant, business coach and business speaker due to his extensive corporate experience of more than 30 years in multinational companies such as: Bristol Myers Squibb, Wyeth, Bayer Consumer, Yves Rocher/Stanhome, NSP, Grupo Gayosso, Banco Azteca and Financiera Credifiel, keeping current in the understanding of the responsibilities of senior management both in Mexico and in several Latin American countries.
In 2006 he founded Global Win Consulting, a business consulting and business coaching firm where he has specialized in transformation processes, culture, talent development and succession planning for more than 150 companies, mainly family businesses. He strengthens his experience by having developed more than 200 consulting projects, training courses, coaching programs and conferences, where he has positively impacted a large number of professionals. Adding value and perspective he fulfills every day his purpose of helping entrepreneurs to succeed, developing leaders and transforming companies.
