Alejandro Espinosa G. is Managing Partner of RSM Chile, a Chartered Accountant with studies at the University of London, with more than 32 years of professional experience. He has held roles as Partner in the world's leading auditing and consulting firms, as well as professional functions as Controller, CFO and Director of Companies in Chile, Europe and the United States. As part of his experience, he led the first ADR issuance that took place in Chile in 1994 (Telex Chile), also led the ADR issuance of CCU (the leading beverage bottling company in Chile), participated in the audit (SOX), integrated Concha y Toro (SEC registered vineyard until 2017) and VTR (subsidiary of Liberty Media). Also, as VP of Finance at Telecom Italia, always reporting under SEC rules.
