He has participated in different forums of national and international relevance in Mexico, Spain, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Chile, Puerto Rico and Guatemala. He studied Business Administration at the Tec de Monterrey; he holds a Master's Degree in Marketing from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain, a Master's Degree in Emotional Intelligence and Neurolinguistic Programming from Esneca Business School in Spain. He has studies at Harvard University Business School in Influence and Negotiation Models, as well as in Semiology of Everyday Life, among other international certifications in human development.

He has more than 22 years of work experience as marketing director in leading companies in his field such as Kraft, Volaris, Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma where he was awarded, among other
recognitions such as:

  • 50 Marketing Leaders by BLT Mexico Magazine in Nov 2014.
  • Monster of Marketing, by Expansión CNN Magazine in 2011.

He is currently a specialist in training organizations and entrepreneurs, and in training leaders and executives to achieve positive changes in organizational and personal culture. As a speaker and consultant, he has had the opportunity to be in different spaces such as the National Auditorium in the EXMA - Heroes & Doers event with +9,000 people along with Tom Brady and El Chicharito Hernandez among others.

He is the author of the Best Seller book: The Best Version of You, which is a formula of 7 elements that will take you step by step to those ingredients so that people continue to build their best version and become extraordinary people.

His lecture is a guarantee of a change in thinking, it is reflective, inspiring and perfect for those companies that seek to empower their employees, where making things happen, changing
mentality, commitment and being their best version, are elements that will lead them to continue building in a more positive and creative culture.

In 2013, he created a running team called Halcones, which is a group of blind runners and guides, where more blind people have been incorporated into social life in a faster way. More than $1million pesos have been raised to obtain guide dogs, ocular prosthesis and cornea surgeries among others.

He is a marathon runner, ultra marathon runner, and Ironman, a dog lover, nature lover, and he loves shells with hot chocolate.
