
Paulina Aguilar, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, specializing in business development, destination promotion, and strengthening strategic partnerships for the sector.
As Director of Promotion and Business Development at FITURCA, she leads the strategy to position Los Cabos in national and international markets, with a special focus on the meetings industry, the development of air connectivity, and the organization of events to promote the destination.
Previously, she was with Marriott International for nearly 15 years, representing hotels and resorts in Mexico’s major tourist destinations and Mexico City—an experience that gave her a solid understanding of the corporate, leisure, and events segments.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism from the National Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Tourism Destination Management at Anáhuac University.
