Humberto Garcia is a recognized leader in the tourism and meetings industry. With a Master's degree in Hotel Management from the École hôtelière de Lausanne, he has held management positions in international chains such as Hyatt and Occidental Hotels.
He was president of the Mexican Association of Travel Agencies of Quintana Roo and founding partner of NexusTours. He currently heads HG Consulting Corporation, a firm specializing in leadership and business transformation.
At MPI Mexican Caribbean, he has served as Vice President of Education and is the President-elect for the 2025-2026 term. Humberto is also an international speaker and a passionate promoter of professional development in the region.
