GERARDO RIVERA

Gerardo Rivera is a Mexican chef graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana who began his career focusing on national cuisine. As a result, he has become a reference in Mexican cuisine. This renowned chef has had experience in several restaurants located in the country's capital, including La Fenêtre, Soles y Soles, among others, and was a pupil of chef Olivier Lombard in international cuisine.

Currently, Chef Gerardo Rivera is part of the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos hotel group and the entire Grupo Posadas. He is in charge of opening spaces and ensuring their operation while discovering talented people in new generations to share his knowledge. "Chef of the Year" in 2020, this was awarded to him by the Committee of Distinction of Vatel Club Mexico A.C., endorsed by L'Academie Culinaire de France. This is in charge of the cultural collaboration between France and Mexico through the culinary art.
