Rafa always has to be on the move, so he is constantly involved in different activities: traveling, riding a motorcycle, running a half marathon, diving with sharks or playing the drums. But none of these activities distract him from his greatest passion, his family (consisting of Tampi, Max, Mateo and Henry).
He is celebrating 20 years of career in Meeting Tourism. He started with a web portal for Virtual Exhibitions, and went on to create the publications that today are part of the Latinamerica Meetings portfolio, the World Meetings Forum and his social contribution to the industry through the World Meetings Forum Foundation.
Totally dedicated to contribute and help at all times, always trying to add creative and innovative ideas that benefit everyone.

Better known in the meeting tourism industry as Lu Lopez. She always does what she is most passionate about "Being in the industry and marketing the WMF".
She has been able to experience WMF as a Hosted Buyer and now that she is developing in the marketing and organization of the event, for her it is fascinating and maddening to be able to contribute by offering a great experience to her beloved Suppliers.
Cheerful, smiling, intense, persevering, committed and always with the attitude of service, she makes her purpose within WMF easily fulfilled, contributing to achieve the company's goals.

Claudia is a professional with a degree in Tourism Management from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City. She has more than 20 years of experience collaborating and managing business and transformation projects for global and corporate businesses. Her involvement has made a significant difference for her clients in terms of talent development and business consulting.
She has a strong ability to deal with managing processes that require planning, execution and follow-up.
Claudia is now responsible for collaborating with WMF as Hosted Buyer Manager. Claudia is part of a strong and close-knit family that includes Guillermo, her husband and two beautiful daughters, Lorena and Regina. She enjoys concerts, parties and sports.
Lore is a professional with more than 12 years of experience in the areas of internal communication, incentives and events, passionate about meeting tourism. She is a graduate in Marketing and recently graduated from a Master's Degree in Communication, Events and PR.
In 2020 she won the recognition of Corporate Meeting Planner of the Year and in 2021 she joined PCMA's Board of Directors as VP of Events. This year she was considered as one of the Meeting Industry Promises 2023. She is currently Operations Manager for WMF, responsible for the optimal planning and organization of events and the relationship with suppliers, hotels, airlines, DMCs, among others.
Committed, dedicated and passionate, always planning to explore new cities and looking for pet-friendly places to enjoy with Ruffo, her puppy.
Running for a frisbee, catching a ball or playing tennis, Rodrigo is always on the move. A true sports and travel enthusiast. Ro is a passionate event planner with over 8 years of experience in the industry. Always willing to help others. Always planning and organizing.
Colombian Graphic Designer guided by the passion for her career. She seeks to show through graphic design a way to tell a story where the details in small things make you see the world in a different way, passionate about traveling and touring the world, expressing her feelings through dance and music. In charge at WMF of showing, through creative and innovative pieces, the passion that the team has for the creation of events.
I am a friendly and cheerful person, always looking to bring a smile to those around me. Empathy is a fundamental part of who I am. I enjoy the simplicity of things, in the everyday, valuing the small moments of life. I find peace and connection in nature with its landscapes and experiences that give us, always in constant company of music, its versatility is coupled in every moment of my life, for me the details and attention always make the difference.
I'm Cass, I'm passionate about Frisbee. I'm the youngest member of the team, at only 21 years old I'm proud to be part of WMF and continue exploring the world. I am a marketer and I will start my Masters in Business Administration. I love to meet people, I love to travel and discover new places, I decided to return after 16 years to CDMX and grow my professional and sport person; surely if we meet we can have a good talk.
I'm Maria, actually I have 3 names but the first one is enough. I was born in the 80's and although I grew up with the technological evolution I'm kind of bad at using it. As a child when I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up I would say "I want to work with people like my uncle" he had down syndrome and today it makes me very happy to know that I didn't give up my dreams as a child.
I like to help, volunteer and enjoy everything I do. The meetings industry is something new but fascinating to me, knowing this industry and knowing that the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace is not indifferent to them and that we can improve our environment with small changes is something that has me hooked.

Chilango by birth, passionate about sports almost in its entirety, he goes to Cruz Azul that is loyalty. The best place to feel safe is his home and his family, father of three children. He studies advertising communication at CAF.

Alma was born in the State of Chihuahua and her family migrated to Mexico City leaving behind memories of her childhood and part of her adolescence and creating a new history.
His passion is administration, by planning, organizing and achieving an efficient objective of the company's functions, this reflects overall growth benefits.
Griselle, better known by everyone as Gris, joined the company in 2018 to support the Administration unit. She is a woman who believes in the structure of the family so for her the concept of teamwork is not strange and it is for this reason that she is excited to be part of this project full of great achievements, she is convinced that together with synergy and communication, you can reach the expected goals.
She studied Graphic Design, but life has taken her on a different path, which is why she completed a Master's Degree in Administration at La Salle University, where she studied both levels.
With more than 15 years of experience, she is convinced that it is possible to reach the desired goal as long as the ship rows in the same direction, taking care that all the pieces, mainly the people, work correctly.
Native of the Pectechapul System, where great heroes and also great rebels are born, Marvelino arrived to our planet with the purpose of spreading his rebelliousness, color, joy, positivism and creativity to give a different touch to the events industry.
Night vision, small but very fast and dexterous, able to lift more than 2 times his weight, flirtatious, curious, defiant, creative and a constant dreamer are some of his innate characteristics.
Thanks to his studies in human behavior (yes, he also has the soul of a nerd) he came to the conclusion that the great events of the human race happen when people come together with passion and purpose and this is the main reason why he decided to join the WMF team as an executive ambassador.
He believes faithfully in the power of numbers and interpersonal connections. He thinks that life is a short time, so he lives with intensity: from eating tacos at Charco de las Ranas to playing the Ukulele.
His favorite band is Pink Floyd and the song that moves his soul is Shine on you Crazy Diamond.
