World-class infrastructure and large capacity at QCC
The Querétaro Convention Center is a 31,000 m² building with 15 rooms, terraces, lobbies, and modular areas, designed to international standards. Its "Grand Hall" can accommodate up to 6,000 people in an auditorium-style layout. The exhibition floor offers 6,408 m², divisible into several rooms, with capacity for dozens or hundreds of 3 × 3 m stands, making it ideal for trade shows, commercial or industrial exhibitions. It also has the Casa de los Corregidores Room with 2,592 m² and the Acueductos Rooms with 1,380 m².
The Metropolitan Theater has a capacity for 1,344 people, the experimental theater for 305 people, and a dance hall.

Within a 20-minute radius of the QCC, there are more than 125 hotels and some 15,000 rooms, ensuring sufficient accommodation for large delegations. This offering allows for the comfortable and flexible accommodation of different types of attendees—from conference participants to exhibitors and technical staff.

The venue is located just 32 km from Querétaro International Airport (AIQ), facilitating domestic and international arrivals.

Within the city, there are multiple transportation options, including a bus terminal near the venue, taxis, and ride-sharing platforms, which improve urban logistics for participants.
